Ordering blazers for an entire team used to mean spreadsheets, email chains, mismatched sizes, and the nagging worry that someone would end up with a jacket that did not quite fit. At Club Blazers, we have built our entire ordering process around making that a thing of the past. With our online Bespoke Studio and dedicated Group Ordering Form, you can design a single blazer look, log every team member's measurements, and upload sizes for the whole squad — all in one place.

Whether you are kitting out a rowing crew of eight, a rugby squad of thirty, or a university society of fifty, the process is the same: simple, structured, and built to keep your team perfectly aligned.

Every team order starts in our Bespoke Studio — the same custom blazer creator used for individual bespoke orders. Choose your blazer style, fabric, body colour, trim or piping, buttons, lapel, and lining. Upload your club crest or logo and drag it into position on the live preview. You can even add contrast piping in your team colours and an embroidered monogram for each member.

The design you lock in becomes the master template for the entire squad. Every blazer produced from your group order will share the same fabric, colours, crest, and detailing — so your team looks unified from lapel to cuff.

Once your design is saved, our Group Ordering Form takes over. Instead of collecting measurements one by one through emails and messages, you — or your team captain — enter every member's details directly into a single structured form. Log each person's name, choose their fit, enter their size or custom measurements, and note any individual preferences (a longer sleeve, a roomier chest, a specific monogram).

Need to come back and add a latecomer? No problem. The form stays open for your order, so you can upload additional sizes as your squad grows or as late registrations come in. Every entry is saved against your master design, so there is no risk of someone ordering the wrong colour or fabric.

One of the biggest challenges with team blazers is making sure they look consistent across a mixed squad while still fitting each person properly. A blazer cut for a man's shoulders will not sit right on a woman's frame, and vice versa. That is why we produce male and female specific fits for every team order.

The design — fabric, colour, piping, crest, buttons — stays identical across the entire team. But the cut is tailored to each wearer: our female fit is shaped through the waist with a slightly narrower shoulder and adjusted darting, while our male fit carries a broader shoulder and straighter body. The result is a team that looks completely unified in style, yet every single member has a blazer that fits them properly.

Once all sizes are logged, you receive a consolidated order summary showing every member, their fit, their size, and any individual customisations. Approve it, and your order goes straight to our master tailors in Thailand. Production typically runs from four weeks, and we will quote a precise timeline upfront based on your squad size and target delivery date.
