Cut to your club's original block
Every commission begins with the pattern. We cut to your club's original block — the very shape your members already know and trust — then refine the fit to your measurements. Nothing is pulled from a shelf, and no two jackets are ever the same.
Trim is laid by hand. Millarco braiding is run stitch-by-stitch along the lapel, cuffs and pockets in your club colours, the kind of detailing that only comes from a tailor who's done it a thousand times.
Crests are embroidered directly onto the cloth, matched stitch-for-stitch to an original blazer or a supplied swatch — so the badge is identical to the one your team has always worn.
Made to order in 4–6 weeks
A lead time worth waiting for
Good tailoring can't be rushed, and our lead time reflects the care each blazer receives. From the moment your order is confirmed we verify the cloth, cut the pattern, and begin construction in our atelier in Thailand.
Fitting checks are carried out as the jacket takes shape, followed by a final quality inspection before it ever leaves us. Your blazer is then shipped door-to-door via EMS / Speedpost tracked delivery — typically 3–7 working days from dispatch.
The full journey takes 4–6 weeks, and every stage is worth the wait.
