When you create an account, design a blazer, place an order, or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the details you give us directly — your name, email address, delivery address, phone number, and any measurements, monograms, or club crest artwork you upload to the Bespoke Studio.

We also collect the information needed to process your payment securely and to deliver your order, including your billing details and the shipping address you confirm at checkout.

If you contact our team, we keep a record of that correspondence so we can resolve your enquiry and improve our service.

We use your information to hand-make and deliver your bespoke blazer, to keep you updated on the status of your order as it moves through our craft workflow, and to provide the My Designs dashboard where you can revisit and remix your saved configurations.

With your consent — given when you subscribe or complete our style quiz — we send you our weekly digest, the Blazer of the Week, and occasional product news. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email at any time using the link in every message we send.

We may also use aggregated, anonymised data to understand which styles, colours, and fabrics are most popular, and to improve the Club Blazers website and your shopping experience.

Like most online stores, the Club Blazers website uses cookies to keep you signed in, remember items in your design, and understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.

Essential cookies are required for the site to function — for example, keeping you logged into your account. Analytics and preference cookies are optional and can be disabled through your browser settings without affecting your ability to browse or order.

We do not sell the data collected through cookies to any third party.

We share your order and delivery details only with the trusted partners who help us fulfil your blazer — our master tailors in Thailand, EMS / Speedpost for tracked door-to-door delivery, and our payment provider for secure transaction processing.

These partners receive only the information necessary to make, dispatch, or confirm your order, and are bound by their own obligations to keep it secure and confidential.

We never sell or rent your personal data, and we only disclose it where required to do so by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Club Blazers and our customers.

Because every Club Blazers jacket is hand-stitched by our tailors in Thailand and shipped worldwide via EMS / Speedpost, your order and delivery details may be transferred outside your home country for the purpose of making and dispatching your garment.

Where this happens, we ensure the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards and that our partners handle your data with the same care we do, in line with applicable data protection law.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data — including secure, encrypted transmission of payment details and restricted access to customer information within our team.

No method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, but we work hard to safeguard your data and to notify you promptly in the unlikely event of a breach affecting your rights.

We keep your account and order information for as long as your account is active, and for as long afterwards as is necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms.

Saved draft designs are retained so you can return to them, while completed order records are kept to support warranties, alterations, and our Blazer Club loyalty programme. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Your Rights below).

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, update, or delete the personal data we hold about you, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive a copy of your data in a portable format, and to withdraw consent to marketing at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, or to ask a question about how we handle your data, contact us through the contact page. We will respond within 30 days and will never charge a fee unless your request is clearly unfounded or excessive.

If you are unsatisfied with our response, you have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Club Blazers is a bespoke tailoring service intended for clubs, universities, and individual customers ordering on their own behalf. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. The date at the bottom of this page shows when it was last revised.
