Shipping
How your blazer travels from our tailors in Thailand to your door — production, EMS / Speedpost shipping, and everything you need to know before you order.
Production & Lead Times
Every Club Blazers jacket is cut and sewn to order by our master tailors in Thailand. Made-to-measure and bespoke blazers enter production once your design is confirmed and payment has cleared, and are dispatched directly from our workshop in Thailand.
Production starts at 4 weeks from order confirmation and runs 4–6 weeks depending on the specifics of your order (fabric, custom measurements, crests and group size). We will notify you of any delay within 48 hours of it becoming known.
Estimated delivery dates are given in good faith but are not guaranteed until your order ships and a tracking number is issued.
Free Shipping — Single Blazer Orders Only
We offer free EMS / Speedpost shipping on all Single Blazer Orders — a fully tracked, door-to-door service from Thailand to any destination worldwide. No minimum spend applies.
Free shipping is door to door: our tailors in Thailand hand your parcel to EMS / Speedpost and it is delivered straight to the address given at checkout. Redirections requested after dispatch may incur a carrier surcharge.
Free shipping applies to Single Blazer Orders only. For small or large group and team orders, shipping is quoted on an order-by-order basis and set out in your club quote before you commit.
Shipping Method & Delivery Times
All orders are shipped via EMS / Speedpost from Thailand — a fully tracked, door-to-door courier service.
Once your order leaves Thailand, it takes 3–7 working days to arrive at your destination, wherever you are in the world.
Other shipping methods are available — message us via the contact page for details and pricing.
Every order is dispatched with full tracking. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our workshop in Thailand.
International Orders, Duties & Taxes
For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, you are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, and local taxes applied by your destination country. These charges are set by the receiving jurisdiction and are beyond our control.
We are unable to mark international parcels as gifts or under-declare their value — to do so would breach customs law.
If a parcel is refused at customs and returned to us, we will refund the value of the goods less the original outbound shipping cost and any return charges imposed by the carrier.
Questions about a delivery? Contact us via the contact page and quote your order number — we respond within one working day.
