Standard Measurement Guide for Custom Team Apparel

Here's the good news: you do not need to be a tailor to measure someone for a custom team blazer. You need a soft tape measure, a willing volunteer, and roughly four minutes. That's it. This guide walks you through the standard measurements that power every Club Blazers order, whether it's a single bespoke piece or a group order for the whole squad.

A custom blazer is only as good as its fit. Get the measurements right and your blazer feels like it was made for you — because it was. Get them wrong and… well, let's just say there's a reason 'sleeves too long' is a cliché. For a standard fit, you're capturing four measurements. Have the person stand relaxed, arms at their sides, in a shirt they'd actually wear under the blazer.

• Chest — around the fullest part, tape level across the back.
• Sleeve — from the shoulder seam down to the wrist bone, arm slightly bent.
• Body length — from the base of the neck (where the collar sits) to the natural hem line.
• Shoulder — across the back, from one shoulder seam to the other.
