We start with your Organisation / Club Name and your Team Type (Rowing, Rugby, Cricket, Sailing, Golf, University, School or Other), so we know exactly what kind of club we're tailoring for.

Next, tell us who to reach — a contact name and email (required), plus an optional phone number — and how many blazers you need. The moment you enter a quantity, a live Shipping Estimate appears beneath it, based on real Thailand Post EMS World rates for your destination. Free shipping applies to single blazer orders; for groups, shipping is quoted per order and folded into your final club quote, so you see the full cost before you commit.

This is where your blazer takes shape. Choose a Body Colour from our house palette — navy, charcoal, black, burgundy, forest, royal or cream — then pick a Trim / Piping in gold, silver, cream, burgundy or navy to frame the edges, lapels and pockets. Set a Target Delivery Date so we can confirm feasibility before you commit, and upload your Club Crest / Logo so our atelier can match the embroidery exactly. Use the Crest & Design Notes field to spell out monograms, piping placement, button style and anything else that makes the blazer yours.

If you already have a sketch, render or designer mock-up, upload it in the Your Blazer Design section — it attaches straight to your enquiry. Don't have one yet? No problem. Head to our Design Your Own studio first, configure your stripes, body colour, trim and crest, and export the design, then bring it back to the group order form. Either way, we'll know precisely what you're after.

Add any final details under Additional Notes — sizing pack requirements, presentation requests, deadlines, or existing blazers to match — then Submit Enquiry. You'll review and confirm a short bespoke-order disclaimer before it lands with us. From there, a dedicated account manager reaches out within one business day with a tailored quote and sizing pack. Production runs roughly three weeks, and your blazers ship worldwide via EMS / Speedpost door-to-door delivery (3–7 working days post-dispatch), with shipping quoted as part of your club quote.
